Directed by Sachin Brahmbhatt, Surprise (2025) is a refreshing experiment in Gujarati cinema that breaks away from traditional family dramas to offer a stylish "road-trip heist thriller." Featuring powerful debuts by popular stars Vatsal Sheth and Helly Shah, alongside a high-energy performance by Jahnvi Chauhan, the film manages to keep the audience hooked from start to finish. While the pacing feels slightly rushed in the second half, its modern soundtrack, sleek cinematography, and sharp plot twists make it a thoroughly entertaining "must-watch" for fans of the genre.
The story follows two daring and "glamorous" thieves, Kruti (Helly Shah) and Prachi (Jahnvi Chauhan), who pull off a high-stakes heist against a wealthy businessman. With a bag full of loot and a plan to vanish, they head toward Goa.

ફિલ્મની વાર્તા બે સાહસિક ચોર કૃતિ (હેલી શાહ) અને પ્રાચી (જ્હાન્વી ચૌહાણ) ની આસપાસ ફરે છે, જેઓ એક ધનિક ઉદ્યોગપતિને ત્યાં મોટી ચોરી કરે છે. ચોરીના પૈસા સાથે તેઓ ગોવા તરફ ભાગવાની યોજના બનાવે છે.
તેમની મુસાફરીમાં ત્યારે નવો વળાંક આવે છે જ્યારે તેઓ પાર્થ (વત્સલ શેઠ) ને મળે છે. પાર્થ દાવો કરે છે કે તે પ્રાચીનો જૂનો સ્કૂલ ફ્રેન્ડ છે. તેને લિફ્ટ આપ્યા પછી, ત્રણેય એક એવી સફર પર નીકળે છે જ્યાં વિશ્વાસ અને છેતરપિંડી વચ્ચેની રેખા ધૂંધળી થવા લાગે છે. ફિલ્મના ટાઇટલ પ્રમાણે જ, વાર્તામાં એક પછી એક એવા વળાંકો આવે છે જે સાબિત કરે છે કે અહીં દરેક પાત્ર કશુંક ખતરનાક છુપાવી રહ્યું છે.
